The Havelock Mussel Festival 2010 will take place on Saturday 20th March, 10am - 6pm on Havelock Domain.
The Havelock Mussel Festival is an annual celebration of this tasty seafood in the Greenshell Mussel Capital of the World, Havelock.
Iconic New Zealand entertainer Frankie Stevens will be headlining the entertainment, along with The Lady Killers (Jackie Clarke, Tina Cross, Suzanne Lynch and Taisha), Aaron Gilmore & Nerida Cortese of ‘Dancing with the Stars' fame and local acts including Queen Charlotte Kapa Huka, Marlborough Boys College Jazz Band, Recommended by Your Mom (Havelock) and Something Else (Nelson).
The NIWA Kidzone returns in 2010 and will be even bigger and better with plenty of free attractions for young children.

There will be lots of food, wine and beer stalls as well as jewellery, craft and industry stall displays.
